This course was carefully crafted by Ayanna Releford, MSITM, a CELTA-certified native English teacher who learned Spanish and Portuguese. After receiving her Master of Science in Information Technology Management, she worked in the corporate world for several years managing teams and directing a Help Desk department. Through combining her passions for teaching, language learning and customer service, she has been able to help many students from all over the world.
